Job Summary The Paralegal will support the legal department by managing contract administration, overseeing cross-functional legal projects, ensuring compliance, and advancing process improvements. This role collaborates across legal, IT, and business units to streamline operations and ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead legal and IT record cleanup initiatives
- Manage contract-related projects such as template updates, playbooks, and procurement documentation
- Coordinate distributor template refresh cycles, including reporting and signature collection
- Develop and analyze reports and dashboards related to procurement, sales, and contract cycle times
Required Experience
- Paralegal Certificate
- Experience in contract administration, legal operations, or project management
- Proficient with contract management platforms (e.g., Apttus)
- Familiar with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot)
- Strong organizational, reporting, and communication abilities
- Cross-functional collaboration with legal, IT, and business units
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing legal projects
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Legal audits and compliance tracking
- Experience with online legal terms and contract platforms
- Background in integrating AI workflows within legal operations
- Building AI-powered tools for legal tasks
