Job Summary The Paralegal will support the legal department by managing contract administration, overseeing cross-functional legal projects, ensuring compliance, and advancing process improvements. This role collaborates across legal, IT, and business units to streamline operations and ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead legal and IT record cleanup initiatives
  • Manage contract-related projects such as template updates, playbooks, and procurement documentation
  • Coordinate distributor template refresh cycles, including reporting and signature collection
  • Develop and analyze reports and dashboards related to procurement, sales, and contract cycle times
Required Experience
  • Paralegal Certificate
  • Experience in contract administration, legal operations, or project management
  • Proficient with contract management platforms (e.g., Apttus)
  • Familiar with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot)
  • Strong organizational, reporting, and communication abilities
  • Cross-functional collaboration with legal, IT, and business units
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing legal projects
