We are seeking a passionate and skilled educator to join our vibrant Visual Arts Department as a full-time teacher of painting, printmaking, design and visual art with specialist proficiency in painting to meet curriculum needs. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and guide students in creative expression, technical skill development, and conceptual thinking across a range of visual art disciplines.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and innovative lessons in printmaking, design, and visual art across multiple year levels.
  • Foster a creative and inclusive classroom environment that encourages artistic exploration and critical thinking.
  • Support students in developing practical skills in traditional and contemporary printmaking techniques.
  • Integrate design principles and digital tools into the curriculum.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the visual arts programme.
  • Participate in department planning, exhibitions, and schoolwide events.
  • Provide constructive feedback and assessment in alignment with curriculum standards.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in fine arts, design, or visual art education.
