Job summary

Tradestaff New Zealand is seeking an experienced Painter for Queenstown projects. You will perform quality interior and exterior painting and surface preparation as part of a professional site team.

You’ll work on residential and/or commercial projects with a focus on safety and efficiency. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, weekly pay, and guaranteed minimum hours.

Qualifications

• Three years painting experience or a relevant qualification is required
• Strong surface preparation and finishing skills are essential
• Reliable transport is preferred
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test is required
• Commitment to safe and reliable work practices

Responsibilities

Painter - Queenstown We’re looking for experienced Painters to join the Tradestaff team in Queenstown. You’ll be working across residential and/or commercial projects, carrying out quality painting and preparation work as part of a professional site team.

Details

Location: Queenstown
Pay rate: $28–$35 per hour, paid weekly
Guaranteed 30 hours per week minimum

What you’ll be doing

• Interior and exterior painting
• Preparing surfaces, including sanding, filling and priming
• Applying paint using brushes, rollers and spray equipment
• Working on residential and/or commercial projects
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

What we’re looking for
