Job summary

Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora - Southern invites applications for a Clinical Research Associate to join CHOC at Christchurch Hospital. You will coordinate and manage international and local pediatric cancer trials, covering start-up, ethics submissions, patient enrolment, data management and study oversight.

Ideal candidates will have five years of clinical research experience, strong ICH-GCP knowledge, excellent organisation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Minimum Life Sciences degree, postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Five years' clinical research or related field experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory processes.
• Experience with ethics submissions and international/local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage international and local pediatric cancer trials.
• Handle study start-up, ethics/regulatory submissions, and patient enrolment.
• Oversee data management, specimen coordination, and trial administration.
