The ideal candidate is an experienced RN with paediatric or community nursing background, flexible, and capable of critical thinking, with strong communication and collaboration within a rural team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with paediatric or community nursing experience.
• Ability to work autonomously in home-based and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and interventions to support children and families at home or close to home.
• Support paediatricians in outpatient clinics and satellite clinics across the region.
• Collaborate with a wider rural Health NZ team to ensure continuity of care.
