About the role

Manukora is the producer of the #1 Manuka in the USA, delivering the best honey on the planet to >500,000 customers per year in the USA and around the world. Manukora is a proud B Corp with a growing team across Auckland, Waikato, the USA and several other global locations.

We are looking for Packing Operator’s to support our production team in filling and packing honey products to meet daily demand. This is a hands-on role where you will set up and operate manufacturing equipment, complete quality checks, and ensure products are packed to the highest standards of food safety and compliance.

You will also play an important part in maintaining a clean and safe work environment, completing accurate production documentation, and working as part of a supportive, collaborative team.

This is a full-time permanent position, 40 hours per week, scheduled between the hours of Monday to Friday 6:30am – 6pm.

What a typical day could look like
  • Operating machinery in line with SOPs and RMP requirements
  • Filling and packing products to meet production schedules
  • Performing quality checks and assisting with product testing
  • Maintain high standards of cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene
  • Recording production and compliance documentation accurately and on time
  • Collaborating with production, quality, and warehouse teams to keep processes running smoothly
  • Contributing to Health & Safety initiatives and encouraging safe work practices
What you’ll bring to the table
  • At least 1 years’ experience in a food manufacturing or processing environment
  • Mechanically minded and able to operate machinery safely
  • Knowledge of food safety principles (RMP/GMP experience a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills for calculations and paperwork
  • Team-focused attitude with the flexibility to support across operations
  • Forklift licence (advantageous)
