Job summary

Ministry of Defence in Wellington is seeking a seasoned P3M practitioner to drive portfolio, programme and project management across the Frigate Life Extension programme. You will uplift capability and lead multi-framework implementation with a hands-on, mentoring approach.

You will work closely with MoD and NZDF experts, ensuring governance, performance management and documentation standards are met while delivering complex projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• P3M background with capability uplift experience.
• Upskilling within defined frameworks and tech tools.
• Ability to mentor good practice across multiple frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop P3M across the Frigate Life Extension programme and related projects.
• Collaborate with MoD and NZDF subject matter experts to deliver governance and assurance.
