Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Waitematā is seeking a Part-Time Patient Care Assistant at North Shore Hospital. This joint clerical reception and clinical support role reports to the Charge Nurse Manager and includes front desk duties and clinic support.

The role offers training and opportunities to work both independently and within a team, supporting patients with care and administrative tasks to enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer operations, including data entry and document creation.
• Experience working in a health care setting as either a PCA, Health Care Assistant, or a customer service role
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
• A good command of verbal and written English
• The ability to work both within a team and independently

Responsibilities
