Wellington Electricity is seeking an experienced outage and works schedule planner to coordinate outages across sub-transmission, distribution, and LV networks. You will support a large works programme and ensure outages are planned efficiently, safely, and with minimal disruption.
Collaborating with a range of stakeholders, you will develop outage plans, switching instructions, and customer notifications while adhering to H&S and regulatory requirements.

Part of a skilled and diverse team, you will play an important role in scheduling and planning a range of network outages across sub-transmission, distribution, and LV networks. You'll be key in enabling the delivery of Wellington Electricity's large works programme while ensuring that outages are planned efficiently, safely, and with minimal network disruption.

You may be in a similar outage and work scheduling role. Alternatively, you could bring field-based experience supporting major outage projects and be looking to broaden your career. In either case, you will have strong technical understanding of electrical networks, coming from a distribution or transmission environment.
