Connect2Care invites Occupational Therapists to relocate to Australia, offering a diverse, multidisciplinary environment with telehealth, community visits and hub-based services. You will assess clients across ages, engage with NDIs, and document work while meeting professional standards.

The New Graduate Program supports recent graduates over 12 months, with supervision, mentoring, and ongoing PD to help launch a successful career in allied health.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Registration with AHPRA/SPA as an OT.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) or equivalent.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Police Check & International Police Check where applicable.
• Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Car insurance.
• Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide interventions for clients across disability spectrums.
• Work within NDIS framework to maximise client function and engagement.
• Assist with assistive technology assessment and applications.
• Timely documentation and report writing.
• Manage a varied caseload with professional accountability.
• Meet company expectations for billables and client management.
• Build relationships with therapists, clients, and referral sources.
• Utilise leading software platforms and online tools.
