Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Waitematā is seeking a Nurse leader to step into the Charge Nurse Manager role for Cullen Ward at the Elective Surgery Centre. You will lead a team focused on patient-centred care, independence and service improvement, with responsibility for efficient workflow and effective use of technology.

This role requires proven change management, strong communication and the ability to inspire others.

Qualifications

• NZ Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practising Certificate.
• Post graduate qualification in a specialty practice.
• Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience.
• RN level 4.
• Masters in nursing or equivalent preferred.
• Leadership and/or management experience preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a senior nurse.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Charge Nurse Manager for Cullen Ward within the Elective Surgery Centre.
• Drive patient-centred care, independence and continuous service improvement.
• Coordinate services and utilise technology to support efficient operations.
• Inspire and develop the nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence.
