Qualifications

• Senior Registered Nurse with leadership experience in a tertiary hospital surgical services.
• Commitment to patient safety and excellence in delivery of care.
• Experience in coaching and addressing performance issues.
• Completed or working towards a post-graduate qualification.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the safe, effective, and high-quality delivery of clinical nursing care to patients and their whānau.
• Demonstrate strong clinical expertise and professional leadership, while guiding and supporting the nursing team in all aspects of patient care and ward management.
