Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora in Lower Hutt is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with postgraduate orthopaedic experience to join the Orthopaedics Ward team on a 0.8 FTE permanent basis. The ward cares for patients undergoing elective joint replacements and acute orthopaedic injuries, with rostered and rotating shifts.

A current New Zealand practising certificate is required, with at least two years of postgraduate experience.

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse with current New Zealand practising certificate and at least two years postgraduate experience in orthopaedics.
• Commitment to patient-centred care and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to rostered and rotating shifts in a hospital ward.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to Orthopaedics Ward patients undergoing elective joint replacements and acute injuries.
• Participate in ward duties, patient education and care planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
