• Facilitate cast changes, wound dressings and patient care in the outpatient setting.
• Manage ACC paperwork and order radiology as part of post‑op follow‑up and care pathways.
• Support ESPI 2 objectives by directing a cohort of patients to appropriate clinics and freeing up space for planned care.
