This is anopportunity to join our Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery team atChristchurch Hospital for a 12-month Fellowship designed to support yourtransition into advanced subspecialty practice.As the ORLFellow - Head and Neck, you will provide high-quality, best-practice care topatients across our service, with exposure to a broad range of complex head andneck presentations.You willundertake scheduled outpatient clinics alongside consultant colleagues, haveopportunities to run your own operating lists, and participate in supervisedoperating sessions tailored to your individual training and career goals. Therole also provides the opportunity to work collaboratively with Maxillofacialand Plastic Surgery colleagues on complex cases.Alongsideyour clinical responsibilities, you will contribute to the teaching andsupervision of advanced trainees, participate in the on-call roster and beencouraged to develop your academic interests. There is support available forresearch projects within your area of interest, including opportunities toprogress work through to presentation or publication.This is aFellowship where your learning and development matter.
