As our Order Management Specialist, you'll be the vital link between our customers, sales team, finance, and operations. You'll oversee the entire order lifecycle — from the moment a deal is confirmed to vehicle handover and invoicing — ensuring a smooth, accurate, and seamless process for both customers and internal teams.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage the full sales order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and timely completion.
  • Maintain and align data across Salesforce and Equip (Internal systems)
  • Provide regular updates to both internal teams and customers on order status and delivery timelines.
  • Prepare invoices, track payments, and support commission accuracy and reporting.
  • Collaborate with body builders and logistics teams to ensure builds are on track
  • Measure and report on key metrics such as body builder SLAs and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to process improvements, reporting, and strategy to enhance the customer journey.
