Job summary

You will lead day-to-day activities, manage pest and disease monitoring, irrigation and fertiliser applications, and ensure high safety and record-keeping standards while supporting berry picking logistics and packing processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a horticultural role
• Experience with pest and disease monitoring
• Ability to manage irrigation and water systems
• Safe operation of machinery and adherence to Health & Safety standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee pest and disease monitoring, identification, and integrated management strategies
• Apply fertiliser, crop nutrition and protective treatments
• Monitor crop health and growth, implement horticultural practices and quality controls
