Bailey Nelson is seeking an Optometrist for a new Nelson store opening in November 2026. You will deliver top eyecare and patient experiences while helping grow both the clinic and retail aspects of the store and broader region.

Qualifications

• Experience - +1 year as an Optometrist in a busy store/clinic.
• Passion for creating amazing customer experiences inside and outside the testing room.
• Energy and adaptability in a fast-paced, growing business.
• Leadership and commitment to inspiring and training the team with the Store Manager.
• Effective time management and operational focus without compromising the customer experience.
