What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years leading optimisation, change and delivery in complex environments
• Lean Six Sigma capability (Green Belt required) and strong CI toolkit
• Structured problem-solving: root cause analysis, practical solution design
• Confidence using data/insights to shape prioritisation and decisions
• Change leadership: adoption of technology-enabled change and new ways of working
• Excellent stakeholder engagement—able to influence without direct authority
