About the Role

As an Ophthalmic Technician, you'll play an important role in supporting the Ophthalmology team by completing vision testing before patients attend their clinic appointments. Working closely with patients and the wider Ophthalmology team, you'll help ensure patients receive a positive, professional experience throughout their care.

• Conducting vision testing and supporting patient assessments.
• Building positive relationships with patients through clear, compassionate communication.
• Working collaboratively with the Ophthalmology team.
• Maintaining, cleaning and ensuring the regular servicing of ophthalmic equipment.

No previous ophthalmology experience? No problem! Full training in ophthalmology will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone eager to learn and develop new technical and clinical skills.
