Job summary

Brian Perry Civil is seeking a frontline specialist to operate robotic cutting equipment within live pipelines and perform CCTV inspections. You will interpret footage, produce clear reports for project teams, and support end-to-end delivery with rehabilitation crews on diverse infrastructure projects.

The role requires reading plans, problem solving on site, and maintaining equipment, while adhering to safety culture and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating robotic cutters, CCTV equipment, or similar plant.
• Background in civil, drainage, plumbing, or pipeline rehabilitation preferred.
• Full NZ driver’s licence, with Class 2 or 4 advantageous.
• Ability to read plans, interpret data, and problem solve on the job.
• Good communication skills and confidence working with different teams.
• A reliable, hands-on approach with a focus on quality work.
• Flexibility to travel for projects when required.
