A leading engineering services provider in New Zealand is seeking an Operations Support member to process customer orders, assist with reporting, and support teams across multiple branches. Ideal candidates will have experience in administration, strong computer skills, and be flexible problem-solvers. This role offers competitive pay and diverse responsibilities in a supportive team environment.
This is a mix of administration, sales order processing, and operational support. One moment you’ll be sending out customer orders, the next you’ll be helping the Regional Manager with reporting, data entry, or supporting teams across Kinleith, Kawerau, and Rotorua.
It’s not a desk-only role - we need someone who’s proactive, flexible, and ready to jump in wherever problems need solving.
