Position: Operations Support Administrator

Location: Hamilton

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and dispatch management for technicians, both planned and unplanned
  • Coordination of customer service requests from initiation to completion
  • BWOF compliance
  • Parts management, billing, and assisting with collections
How You Will Do It
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and services
  • Contribute to business profitability by providing accurate and timely information
Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Associate degree preferred, with industry experience in service operations or scheduling
