Job description

About the Role: Our client, a leading company in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee their Ministry of Education (MOE) team. This role is pivotal in managing operations, stakeholder relations, and ensuring project success for their client. The successful candidate will play a crucial role within the business overseeing various projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

You will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations within the MOE projects. This includes managing project teams and facilitating planning and resource tracking. You will also handle client and vendor relations to ensure efficient project operations. Your role will involve working closely with project managers to allocate resources effectively and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the operations of the team.
  2. Serve as the direct point of contact with stakeholders.
  3. Oversee client contracts and specifications.
  4. Maintain and enhance stakeholder and contractor relations.
  5. Monitor and manage project timelines and budgets.
  6. Ensure team performance aligns with specific KPIs.
  7. Support team members and drive continuous improvements.
  8. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

Additional Duties:

  1. Facilitate team meetings.
  2. Liaise with the General Manager on project progress and variations.
