Pioneer Energy Renewables is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our Alexandra-based team. This full-time, office-based role supports operational planning, maintenance coordination, compliance administration, HSE systems and reporting across our renewable energy portfolio.

You will ensure planned work is coordinated efficiently, records are complete and reliable, and information is accurate and delivered on time. A hands-on, detail-focused professional will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative experience with accurate data entry and record management.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and standard business tools.
• Excellent attention to detail with a methodical, organised approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities, outages and planned work with teams and contractors.
• Raise and track work requests in the MMS and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, asset history, stores and critical spares.
• Collect and report operational, environmental and plant performance data.
• Assist with compliance reporting and health, safety administration.
• Coordinate with site teams, suppliers and service providers as needed.
