Responsibilities

• Managing advisor diary, priorities, and schedule to maximise productivity.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, systems, and processes for the practice.
• Lead business improvement initiatives and track key projects.
• Own reporting across sales, pipeline, FUM growth, and performance.
• Provide client delivery support and act as operational heartbeat of the business.
