About the role
Acting as principal coordinator and communications liaison, your primary role will be to coordinate logisticsand support sales teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of stock globally. You’ll need to bring your a-game here as this position is variety packed and suited to a real self-starter with tons of drive and commitment.
Your key duties will involve:
Logistics Management: Accurately managing and facilitating operational procedures; tracking and managing freight forwarding, managing inventory and acting as the primary liaison for 3PL partners
Communication: Bridge the communication gap between sales, marketing, 3PLs and freight forwarders to ensure all parties are informed and up to date
Sales Support: Supporting operational aspects of B2C and B2B sales (customer delivery requirements, IT integrations, Netsuite best practice)
Scheduling & Coordination: Maintaining accurate customer records, conducting monthly inventory reconciliations, supporting international distributors.
Systems & Documentation: Ensuring data accuracy and best practice within systems and processes
Essential skills you will bring to our team
To ensure you excel in this role, you’ll need to bring some prior experience within a sales or operational support role with exemplary communication skills. Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems would be highly regarded.
