About the role:

An operationally focused administration role you'll provide instructions to our external posting companies via our in-house system. It will see you tracking installs and communicating updates to the Sales team, supporting the Operations team with digital uploads and programmatic campaigns, as well as providing administrative support, ensuring all designated office tasks are completed in a timely manner.

A Day in the life:

  • Coordinate with Corporate Travel and all staff travel requirements
  • Coordinator our Carbon Zero Project by maintaining relevant records and trackers
  • Maintain adequate stationery and kitchen supplies and within the budget allocated to you by Head of Country.
  • Coordinate local IT and Cleaners
  • Ensure shared spaces are kept clean – includes kitchen, boardroom, meeting rooms etc.
  • Generate postings and despatch to all Contractors.
  • Track installs daily and update the Sales team.
  • Despatch Maintenance Work Orders to relevant Contractors when required.

About You:

You'll have prior administrative experience, a positive attitude and be someone who enjoys working in a close-knit team. As well as:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Experience in working to deadlines
  • Intermediate software skills (Outlook, Word, Power point, Excel)
