Job Description

This is a 6-month fixed term role (extended leave cover) for someone with intermediate accounts experience with a passion for numbers, customer service, problem solving and great attention to detail to join the shipping industry and learn various functions of the National Operations Department.

Responsibilities
  • Coding of supplier invoices received relating to vessels, container storage and transport and entering into the system
  • Recording costs on relevant costing spreadsheets
  • Invoicing clients
  • Cost reporting
  • General accounts processing
Requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Strong commitment to providing high quality customer service
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite
