Qualifications

• Proficient MS Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Strong problem solving and proactive workflow improvement.

Responsibilities

• Raise, monitor, and process purchase orders with accuracy and policy adherence.
• Follow up with suppliers on lead times to ensure on-time material delivery.
• Maintain Excel tracking sheets and prepare reports to identify bottlenecks.
• Help streamline procurement admin to reduce backlogs and boost throughput.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and accounts to resolve delays.
