About The Role

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and dedicated full-time Online Tutor to deliver the Level 4 Certificate in Interior Decor via our online teaching platform. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to teach from anywhere in New Zealand while shaping the future of interior design education.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Deliver informative online lessons and guide students through the fundamentals of interior decor
• Provide timely and constructive feedback on student assignments and projects.
• Mentor and support students in developing industry-relevant skills in interior design/decor
• Maintain regular communication with students to monitor their progress and provide personalized support.
• Collaborate with the Online Campus and Faculty team to continuously improve course content and online course delivery methods.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in interior design to provide students with the most current industry insights.
  
  

Required Skills/Experience

• Practical working experience in interior décor or design with experience working with a wide range of clients
• Recent, current and relevant interior décor/design knowledge
• Qualification in interior design or décor desirable
• Able to conduct end-to-end customer process – from initial brief to designing a briefing document for implementation
• Strong stakeholder/industry connections within interior design advantageous
• Teaching/tutoring experience helpful but not essential
• Online learning/able to navigate an LMS is useful
