Overview

Our Noel Leeming Services team is changing the customer experience game by providing a full end-to-end service. We rely on our services team to ensure customers get the right solutions through live demonstrations, support and advice, through to delivery, installation and setup of solutions in homes and workplaces.

This opportunity would suit someone who loves technology, is customer focused and is driven to improve the whole experience. Your excellent communications skills, coupled with your ability to trouble shoot problems, are critical. Equally important is a proactive “get it done” attitude and work ethic.

This position is based out of Greymouth Noel Leeming, and will be 45 hours per week working Tuesday - Saturday.

Being a field-based role, it will be essential for you to have a full clean New Zealand driver’s license to operate one of our company vehicles.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities are focused on delivering a high-quality customer experience, including setting up and supporting technology solutions, and providing guidance from initial engagement through to installation and post-installation support.

Qualifications
  • Experience and passion in one or more of the following areas: sales, installation, or customer service
  • Confidence to set up and install technology
  • Superior interpersonal and customer support skills, with the ability to adjust technical language to suit the customer
  • Driven and confident in troubleshooting problems
  • Willingness to continue developing your career through on-site training and accreditations
