Job Description

Our Noel Leeming Services team is transforming the customer experience by providing end-to-end service. We ensure customers receive the right solutions through live demonstrations, support, advice, and the delivery, installation, and setup of solutions at homes and workplaces.

This role suits someone passionate about technology, customer-focused, and eager to improve the customer journey. Excellent communication skills and troubleshooting ability are essential. A proactive attitude and strong work ethic are also required.

This position is based in Greymouth, working 45 hours per week from Tuesday to Saturday. It is a field-based role, requiring a full clean New Zealand driver’s license to operate company vehicles.

Qualifications

  • Experience and passion in sales, installation, or customer service
  • Confidence in setting up and installing technology
  • Strong interpersonal and support skills, with the ability to adapt technical language for customers
  • Problem-solving skills and confidence in troubleshooting
  • Willingness to develop through onsite training and certifications
