Job summary

Ravensdown invites an Agri Manager to join our Southern team, based out of McNab. You’ll be a trusted advisor to farmers, guiding soil, pasture, crops, and animals while championing sustainable practices.

In this field-based role, you’ll build strong relationships, identify needs, and deliver tailored solutions across dairy, arable, and sheep/beef sectors. You’ll travel across the region, achieving sales targets, using the latest agritech to boost profitability, and driving environmental

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on experience engaging with customers and driving sales growth.
Solid knowledge of farming systems and soil fertility.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Build partnerships with farmers to understand needs and deliver solutions.
Plan and conduct customer visits to achieve sales targets with expert advice.
Use technology to help shareholders boost profitability and environmental stewardship.
