The firm is on the All of Government panel for legal service providers and undertakes a significant amount of pro bono work for charitable clients.

The role reports directly to the partners and is critical to the successful operation of the firm. We are looking for a team player who will run the firm’s office and provide support to the partners, lawyers and clients.
As the point of contact for clients, suppliers and stakeholders you will have a proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills.
Day-to-day you will manage administrative tasks, oversee office operations and systems and maintain client files, precedents and templates.
A self-starter with proven initiative and the ability to take control of a busy workload
Ideally previous experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant
Experience with billing and supplier payments (Xero experience preferred but not essential)
Excellent administration and computer skills including familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft programmes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential matters
You will have a commitment to continuing development of cultural competence
Experience in a law firm is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate.
