A bit about the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Coordinator for a fixed term while we review our requirements. The fixed term is until the end of January 2026.

As office co-ordinator you will be responsible for managing the reception area, performing general office duties, and providing support for staff and customer events. This role requires a well-organized individual with excellent communication skills, a sociable nature, and an interest in technology.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide support administrative duties in the office to ensure the office is operating smoothly
  • Greet visitors at the reception desk and ensure protocol is followed
  • Manage office supplies and place orders as necessary
  • Coordinate maintenance & contractor visits
  • Booking staff travel
  • Receive stock & Mail
  • Ensure pantry and fridge supplies are maintained at appropriate levels
  • Order catering and preparation for staff / office events
  • Occasional coffee runs for management
  • Other event support as required
What you\'ll need
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sociable Nature: Friendly and approachable demeanour, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff and visitors
  • Competent in Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn new systems with ease
  • Interest in Technology: A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn about our products and services
  • Confidence to hit the ground running
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is not required but may be useful
