Job description

We are looking a for a proactive and experienced Office Administrator to support our clients busy Tauriko site. This role is vital in keeping their operations running smoothly – from managing training records and reporting, maintenance scheduling, and data entry to supporting their team on the ground.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Maintaining and updating SOPs, registers, and compliance documentation
  • Booking employee training and managing site calendars
  • Managing incoming communications – phone, emails and office visitors
  • Assisting with inventory tracking, cost reporting, and staff KPIs
  • Provide administrative support to the Site Manager and wider team
  • Helping to coordinate training and employee programs

To be considered for this role you will offer:

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and general IT skills
  • The ability to multitask and priortise your workload
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure

This is a temporary position, which could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate. There will be a training period of 2-3 weeks, starting at 7:30am and finishing at 4:30pm. Once the training is completed the hours will be 6am to 2:30pm.

Previous experience in Setmore, weighbridge systems, or CRM tools would be advantageous, however is not essential.
