A local recruitment agency is seeking a proactive Office Administrator for their Tauriko site in Tauranga. This temporary position involves managing training records, scheduling, and providing essential administrative support. Ideal candidates should be proficient in MS Office and possess excellent multitasking skills. A calm demeanor under pressure is crucial. Immediate eligibility to work in New Zealand is required.
We are looking a for a proactive and experienced Office Administrator to support our clients busy Tauriko site. This role is vital in keeping their operations running smoothly – from managing training records and reporting, maintenance scheduling, and data entry to supporting their team on the ground.

This is a temporary position, which could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate. There will be a training period of 2-3 weeks, starting at 7:30am and finishing at 4:30pm. Once the training is completed the hours will be 6am to 2:30pm.
Previous experience in Setmore, weighbridge systems, or CRM tools would be advantageous, however is not essential.
