We're looking for an all-round administrator who thrives on staying organised, working with systems, and helping others. This is a varied role where you'll be exposed to everything from dispatch and logistics to customer accounts and data entry. You'll assist both the dispatch and accounts teams, making this a great entry point into the transport industry with room to grow and learn across multiple functions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Handling incoming phone calls, voicemails, and text orders from customers
  • Scheduling jobs, updating bin placements, and recording client preferences
  • Processing invoices, entering data, and assisting with account follow-ups
  • Managing documents and stock tracking using systems like Wastedge and Greentree
  • Supporting dispatch coordination and providing general admin support to the broader team
You'll be a great fit if you:
