About The Role

Reporting to your Team Leader, you\u2019ll be part of a vibrant team culture that supports and empowers each other every day.

Pain Management Services (PMS)

  • Experience working in inter-disciplinary teams to support people living with persistent pain
  • Skilled in behaviour change, pacing strategies, and education in self-management
  • Understanding of biopsychosocial approaches

Community Rehab Services

  • Provide rehabilitation and support to individuals within their community
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team to help clients achieve their rehab goals
  • Knowledge of community services pathways

  • Use your clinical expertise to support clients in homes, workplaces, and communities 0a no two days are the same
