Overview

Babcock is looking for a(n) Occupational Health Advisor to join the HSEQ team based in Devonport, Auckland on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

About the role

Join Babcock as an Occupational Health Advisor and play a pivotal role in shaping a proactive, integrated approach to employee wellbeing. You’ll lead injury management and return-to-work systems across Australasia, working closely with internal teams and external providers to ensure best-practice rehabilitation and compliance. Beyond injury management, you’ll drive initiatives in psychosocial risk, drug and alcohol oversight, and health surveillance. You’ll be a trusted advisor to leadership, delivering training and insights that improve performance and wellbeing.
