About the Role

The purpose of the Occupational Health Team Administrator role is to provide effective administrative support to the team and be responsible for the overall administration function within the Occupational Health Team.

As a member of the Occupational Health Team, this role involves:

  • Engaging with the local and National Occupational Health teams to ensure our health systems support our people to be well and stay well at work.
  • Contributing to a work environment in which people take pride in their work and work together to provide excellence in customer service.
  • Within own areas of responsibility, communicating within the Occupational Health team, and our health systems, to support everyone to be aligned with and informed about the Occupational Health plans, programme priority and progress.

About you

You are an organised and reliable administrator with at least three years' experience in administration or coordination roles. You enjoy keeping things running smoothly and take pride in providing accurate, high-quality administrative support.

You have strong organisational and time management skills, enabling you to manage your workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a busy environment. You are proactive, can work independently, and are comfortable adapting to changing priorities when needed.

You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, and enjoy working with a range of people to provide great customer service and support.

Experience in occupational health and safety or within the health sector is desirable but not essential.
