New Zealand Skills and Education Group in Auckland invites passionate NZCEL/ESOL teachers to deliver NZCEL Level 4 and Level 5 (Academic) programmes online and on-site on a fixed-term basis. You will create engaging, real-world learning experiences to boost student outcomes and employability.

Qualifications

• CELTA/DELTA/TESOL or equivalent preferred.
• Experience teaching online with strong IT skills.
• Proven experience teaching NZCEL, ESOL, IELTS, or academic English.
• Unit Standard 4098 or assessment moderation experience preferred.
• Course design and development experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver NZCEL classes using engaging methods.
• Support students with academic development and employability.
• Prepare and mark assessments with timely feedback and records.
• Collaborate with Academic Director and colleagues to improve content.
• Contribute to moderation, course development and promotions.
• Uphold our values and support Te Ao Māori and Pasifika strategy.
