Job summary

Jetconnect Limited invites expressions of interest for New Zealand-based Flight Attendants. Positions include Short Haul (AKL, WLG, CHC) and Long Haul (AKL). Training will be provided and you will be part of the Qantas-affiliated cabin crew family.

No prior airline experience is required, but essential criteria include age, height, residency, and a First Aid certificate. Base locations are Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Height between 163–183 cm.
• New Zealand or Australian permanent residency and a passport with at least 12 months validity.
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate (valid 12 months at time of application).
• RSA 'Statement of Attainment' required by end of recruitment.
• Strong commitment to customer service and recent face-to-face experience.
• Empathy when serving people from diverse cultures.
• Good health and fitness, e.g., swim 50m fully clothed.
• Crew bases located in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch.
• Experience in food & beverage service and languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service and safety on flights.
• Support passenger wellbeing and safety briefings.
• Assist with boarding, cabin service, and post-flight processes.
