Job summary

Lactalis New Zealand is seeking a senior nutrition and regulatory lead to drive nutrition frameworks across our NZ portfolio and ensure regulatory alignment for domestic and export markets. You will partner with marketing, R&D and operations to translate science into credible, evidence-based nutrition stories.

You will represent the business in industry forums, guide product development with regulatory insights, and build capability through training while leading a small team.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Nutrition, Dietetics or Health Science.
• Experience in dairy, food, FMCG or supplements with regulatory exposure is desirable.
• Strong ability to interpret science and apply it to business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop nutrition frameworks and lead nutrition reporting across the Lactalis NZ portfolio.
• Partner with marketing to develop credible, evidence-based nutrition stories aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Represent Lactalis NZ in relevant industry forums.
• Provide nutrition and regulatory guidance across new product development and existing products for domestic and export markets.
• Build capability across the business through nutrition and regulatory training, and support the development of your team.
