Ara Institute of Canterbury is seeking a passionate, registered nurse to join our Timaru teaching team. You will educate nursing students through classroom teaching, simulation labs and clinical placements, focused on the Bachelor of Nursing programme.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid New Zealand Practising Certificate.
• At least three years' full-time clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Postgraduate qualification in Nursing or related discipline, ideally at Master's level.
• Up-to-date clinical knowledge across a range of nursing settings.
• Clinical expertise and educational skills to support teaching and development of future nurses.

Responsabilités

• Teach theory, simulation and clinical practice at Timaru Campus.
• Educate nursing students through classroom teaching, simulation labs and clinical placements.
• Support Bachelor of Nursing students and facilitate learning outcomes.
