Job summary
Airpark Canterbury is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the night shift to join our busy Park & Ride operation on Logistics Drive in Christchurch. You will welcome customers, check them in, and drive them to and from Christchurch Airport in our shuttle, ensuring a safe and friendly journey.
The role requires a confident driver with a full New Zealand driver licence, strong customer focus, reliability, and the ability to handle bookings and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Experience in delivering friendly customer service.
- Ability to drive and operate shuttle vehicles safely.
- Willingness to work night shifts and in a busy operational environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional approach.
- Check in customers and assist with arrivals/departures.
- Drive the Airpark shuttle between Logistics Drive and Christchurch Airport.
- Assist customers with luggage and provide safe, comfortable shuttle experiences.
- Handle bookings, customer inquiries, and payments; complete shift documentation.
- Monitor bookings and movements; conduct regular site and security checks.
- Maintain clean and presentable shuttle, reception and customer areas.
- Provide clear shift handovers and respond calmly to issues.
