Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in operations or similar environments.
• Strong technical mind with the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively.
• Solid computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office and operational systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across shifts.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to step into operational tasks when needed.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain decisive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure next-day turnarounds are achieved.
• Troubleshoot vehicles not fit for hire and return them to fleet.
• Monitor workflow and allocate tasks across teams.
• Manage staffing levels in line with budgets and requirements.
• Ensure health & safety standards across night operations.
• Ensure vehicles meet quality standards for guests.
• Report on overnight progress to the day team and escalate issues.
