Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents according to care plans.
• Assist residents with night-time routines, mobility, hygiene and comfort.
• Monitor well-being during night shifts and respond to call bells.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and report changes in health or behavior.
• Ensure a safe, clean and warm environment for residents.
• Support team through handovers between shifts.
