Job summary

Metlifecare's Waitakere Gardens Village in Henderson is seeking a part-time Night Porter to ensure a safe, secure environment for residents and respond to emergencies during your watch.

Shifts are Thursdays and Fridays from 23:00 to 07:00 (15 hours per week) with a 30-minute paid meal break. There is flexibility to pick up additional shifts. Responsibilities include patrolling, CCTV monitoring, responding to bells, guiding residents and visitors, and basic cleaning and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Part-time role 15 hours per week.
• Role involves security duties, general cleaning and administration.
• Must have or be willing to obtain First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the Village and monitor CCTV as required.
• Act as First Responder to emergency call bells.
• Provide directions to residents and visitors.
• Perform administration duties and cleaning tasks on the premises.
