About the Role:

As our Night (Late) Shift Supervisor, you'll be in a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all Back of House operations across the night shift, including fleet processing, drivers, detailing, workshop and maintenance technicians. The Night Shift Supervisor ensures that vehicles are guest-ready for the following day, provides leadership and support to overnight teams, and acts as the bridge between the night and day shifts, on a fixed term full-time contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• ensuring next-day turnarounds are achieved.
• Troubleshoot vehicles not fit for hire and find practical solutions to return them to fleet.
• Monitor workflow and allocate tasks across drivers, detailing, workshop, and maintenance teams.
• Manage staffing levels in line with budgets and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards across all night operations.
• Ensure vehicles are processed to a high standard of quality in line with business and customer expectations.
• Report on overnight progress, issues, and decisions to the day team.
• Escalate urgent issues where required.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for overnight staff.
• Communicate operational adjustments to support guest bookings and fleet availability.
• Deliver overall leadership support and guidance across all departments during the shift
